I just had to include Weight Watchers in my favourite products. I first used Weight Watchers about 15 years ago and was successful in losing 20kg. To this day, I still buy Weight Watchers snack bars and will occasionally have a frozen meal if I cant be bothered cooking. Over the years Weight Watchers continues to revolutionise how they do things and keep improving their product and procedures. 2019 promises to be a big year where WW are not just focusing on weight loss but on creating healthy habits for life, exercising, mindfulness and many other things.
